Finchaser 3.0 is Alesh’s signature and works perfectly with Alesh’s Battle Skill, the problem is that it only increases the team’s Cryo Damage. Thermite Cutter and OBJ Edge of Lightness are generic options for Vanguards that provides some Team Utility.

How to Play
Alesh synergizes best with Operators who can consistently apply Cryo to enemies. His Battle Skill consumes Cryo Inflictions to regenerate SP (scaling with stacks consumed) and applies Solidification.
To maximize his kit, pair him with a teammate who can consume Arts Reactions or Endmin’s Originium Crystals. Estella (4-Star) is an excellent partner as she checks both boxes: consuming Crystals and applying Cryo.
Recommended Rotation with Estella
Start with Estella’s Battle Skill to apply Cryo Infliction.
Use Alesh’s Battle Skill to force Solidification and trigger Estella’s Combo Skill.
This consumes Solidification and triggers Alesh’s Combo Skill.
This cycle generates SP and applies Physical Weakness to enemies.
While Estella is a strong partner, Alesh works well in any Cryo-focused team. Use his Ultimate whenever available for Cryo damage, application, and team SP recovery.

Release Date
Alesh will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield. Alesh is a Standard Operator, meaning they are permanently available through the gacha system.
